Purchase a DIY Brining Kit (below) to reserve your place at our after-hours demonstration in Marysville on Wednesday, Nov 6th at 5:30pm. We’ll gather upstairs at our Mill to learn the ins and outs of brining just in time for Thanksgiving, and you’ll leave with your very own kit to brine your bird at home.
Brining Kits come in your choice of two flavor profiles:
French Herbs: Saturates your meat with the flavors of Tarragon, Basil, Dill, and Orange Peel for an authentic French country flavor;
Chetumal: Delivers a spicy, Yucatecan flavor through Paprika, Chiles, and Mexican Oregano.
Demonstration limited to 20 participants; purchase required.
