Louisiana Blackening Spice
$10.00 – $27.00Inspired by the Cajun chef, Paul Prodhomme, our blackening spice blend combines full flavored Cajun spices with just the right amount of heat. Be careful when blackening to have the ventilation fan on full blast, or better yet, use outdoors. Use as a dry rub on any protein. Hand blended in small batches with: mace, turmeric, cardamom, galangal, cinnamon, allspice, coriander, Chile, nutmeg, black pepper and green pepper.
Quick Tips:
- Mix 2 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp Ras El Hanout. Toss with bite-size pieces of cauliflower (or any in-season vegetable) and roast.
