From the capitol of France, these “Bonnes Herbes de Paris” are an aromatic, satisfying blend of French herbs, popular in the central and northern regions of France. Based on the herbal flavors of Tarragon and Basil, and highlighted with aromatic chives, this highly versatile blend can be added to egg, meat and vegetable dishes, as well as used as a finishing spice, or a dry rub for chicken, fish or vegetables. Perfect for roasted game hens or egg dishes. To make a simple balsalmic vinnaigrette, mix 2T Bonnes Herbes with 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar & 1/3 cup of olive oil.

Our blend pairs Mace, Galangal, Cardamom, Turmeric, and Cinnamon, supported by just the right amount of heat from de Arbol Chiles. Rub into meats or vegetables, build a traditional curry, or add to oil to create a marinade. Perfect with chicken, lamb, pork, or squash, yams, or sweet potatoes.
- Mix 2 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp Ras El Hanout. Toss with bite-size pieces of cauliflower (or any in-season vegetable) and roast.

It is a key ingredient of regional dishes such as Satsivi, a cold walnut sauce, and Tkemali, a savory Georgian plum sauce that is as versatile as catsup. Coriander, herbs, paprika, with a touch of Saffron form the base seasoning, which provides a Georgian accent to eggs, soups, sauces and more.
