— Chamomile — Steeped in culture, Chamomile has been a popular tea for centuries dating back to the ancient Egyptians. It is believed to have calming attributes. — Honeybush — A tisane originating from South Africa’s Eastern Cape, Honeybush has been enjoyed throughout the years for its sweet aroma and matching flavor. — Hibiscus — Tart and tangy Hibiscus is much more than a tea flavor — it’s the flower of the Hindu goddess Kali, used for medicinal purposes in Chinese herbology, and worn as a sign of marital availability by Tahitian women. — Mint — Valued as the herb of hospitality as well as for its medicinal purposes, mint was spread throughout Europe by the Romans. Peppermint is both soothing and energizing, making it a wonderful simple refreshment.

Dusk

We developed our recipe with a friend from Puerto Rico who made sure we were consistent with the flavors she grew up with. Use as a rub on proteins and vegetables, or add to soups and sautées for color and a comforting flavor. Add Sazón to rice for an authentic Spanish rice.
Hand blended in small batches with: axiote seed, sea salt, coriander, garlic, pepper, turmeric, paprika, cumin, and oregano.

Hand-blended in small batches with Ceylon cinnamon, pure ground vanilla, sweet Chile, black pepper, star anise and mace.
