Green teas are the least oxidized form of teas, created by plucking and drying the leaves of the camellia sinensis.  They have a lower caffeine content than black teas.

We do not use essential oils in our tea blends, only freshly milled herbs and spices to acquire the desired flavors.  This allows for a more thoroughly blended, subtle bouquet of flavor in each infusion, in addition to maintaining the beneficial qualities of ingredients such as cinnamon, ginger, and peppermint.
