The right blend of herbs and spices is the backbone to any freshly-made salad dressing. Our blends take the work out of making fresh dressings, giving you a fully-finished dressing in minutes. We recommend that you soak the spice blend first in water to rehydrate the dried herbs and vegetables, then add to the appropriate liquids. Once blended, salad dressings should stay fresh in your refrigerator for at least a week. We have found that making fresh dressings is a way to add some pizzazz to your salad dinners, as well as to take some of the calories out of traditional creamy dressings by substituting non-fat yogurt or non-fat sour cream for mayonnaise and other cream-based ingredients. They also make easy vegetable dips!
