This fiery spice blend is used in many Ethiopian dishes. Builds a powerful curry sauce and doubles as a rub on meats and vegetables. Great addition to a Bloody Mary, sweet potato and cob corn.

Hand blended in small batches with: Chiles, fenugreek, ginger, long pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nigella, coriander, allspice, and clove.

    My friends from Ethiopia say this is the most authentic Berbere they’ve ever tasted here in the US. We LOVE this spice blend, especially on grilled lamb chops!

    Berbere is amazing rubbed into leg of lamb. Friends have heaped praise from the first bite! I’ve also used it on vegetables. I bought my jar at the Farmer’s Market a while back, and I’m so glad you guys are local for my refills! This one would be very hard to live without!
