My husband and I put this on pork almost every time we make it – it is delicious and adds so much flavor, simply! It’s also great on vegetables. ~ posted 5/30/2017

My friends from Ethiopia say this is the most authentic Berbere they’ve ever tasted here in the US. We LOVE this spice blend, especially on grilled lamb chops!

Berbere is amazing rubbed into leg of lamb. Friends have heaped praise from the first bite! I’ve also used it on vegetables. I bought my jar at the Farmer’s Market a while back, and I’m so glad you guys are local for my refills! This one would be very hard to live without!
