Our Anne Davis blend makes the perfect complement to coffee or any style of tea. Cassia and rose together add spice and floral notes without overpowering the base beverage, creating a delicious cinnamon rose latte.
As with any spiced creamer or latte foam, strain through a fine mesh tea strainer to keep your cup from catching the grit of rehydrated flowers.
- 1/4 tsp Local Spicery’s Anne Davis
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 mug hot beverage of choice
- Add Anne Davis and milk to small saucepan; heat on low, stirring or whisking frequently, until milk is steaming. (Whisking vigorously after it is heated will foam it, if that is desired!)
- Pour through fine mesh tea strainer to filter out the grit.
- Add to hot beverage; sweeten as desired.
Total cooking time: ~3 minutes.
Makes one generous serving.
