Cinnamon Rose Latte

Our Anne Davis blend makes the perfect complement to coffee or any style of tea.  Cassia and rose together add spice and floral notes without overpowering the base beverage, creating a delicious cinnamon rose latte.

As with any spiced creamer or latte foam, strain through a fine mesh tea strainer to keep your cup from catching the grit of rehydrated flowers.



  • 1/4 tsp Local Spicery’s Anne Davis
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 mug hot beverage of choice


  1. Add Anne Davis and milk to small saucepan; heat on low, stirring or whisking frequently, until milk is steaming.  (Whisking vigorously after it is heated will foam it, if that is desired!)
  2. Pour through fine mesh tea strainer to filter out the grit.
  3. Add to hot beverage; sweeten as desired.

Total cooking time: ~3 minutes.

Makes one generous serving.
