Dress your salads with homemade dressings!
Buttermilk Ranch
Blend ¾ teaspoon of spice blend with 1 Tablespoon of water; let sit for five minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup buttermilk and 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt (use mayo for a more traditional flavor). Use as a salad dressing or dip for fresh vegetables.
Creamy Peppercorn
Dress your salads or make a dip for raw vegetables. Mix 1 Tablespoon Peppercorn Dressing with 2 Tablespoons water, let stand 5 minutes. Whisk in ½ cup sour cream or yogurt and ½ cup mayonnaise. Thin with your favorite vinegar, as desired.
Creamy Italian (Sole della Toscana)
Blend ½ cup raw cashews (unsalted) & ½ cup water on high then let sit for 15+ min. Run on high again until creamy. Add juice of 1 lemon, 1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tsp Sole della Toscana. Blend on medium, add water to thin, as desired.
