Bayou BBQ Sauce: Combine ½ cup unsalted, unroasted cashews, ½ cup water, 1 TBSP Bayou Barbecue Seasoning, 1 TBSP cider vinegar in a high power blender. Start at a low speed, increasing the speed and adding water as necessary. It helps to stop and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before restarting. Sauce should be creamy with no chunks.
