Use in poultry dishes and stuffing, or for a special twist, add to hamburgers, veggie-burgers or the crust of pot pies.

Sazon
$10.00 – $13.50A staple of Spanish, Mexican and Caribbean cooking, Sazón delivers the tangy, earthy flavor of Axiote with Coriander, Garlic and Salt, as well as a lovely red coloring. We developed our recipe with a friend from Puerto Rico who made sure we were consistent with the flavors she grew up with. Use as a rub on proteins and vegetables, or add to soups and sautées for color and a comforting flavor. Add Sazón to rice for an authentic Spanish rice.
Hand blended in small batches with: axiote seed, sea salt, coriander, garlic, pepper, turmeric, paprika, cumin, and oregano.

Ancho Chile Pepper
$8.50 – $17.00The Ancho Chile is the dried version of the Poblano Pepper and the most popular dried chile in Mexican cooking. The sweetest of dried peppers, with deep, rich berry flavors, mild bitterness, and mild to medium hotness, Ancho is frequently used as the base flavor of sauce and spice mixes like dry rubs or mole. We stem and partially seed our Anchos by hand before milling to provide the strongest Chile flavors without being overpowered by excessive heat. Try replacing paprika with Ancho Chile Powder in any recipe to bring a fuller, earthier Chile flavor and beckoning for you to take another bite.

I love the Poultry Seasoning mix! It’s super in a vegan Fake Chikn casserole with soy curls. Don’t limit yourself with this one, it works in a lot of dishes. It has a great Mediterranean vibe with beans. Perfect shortcut in Mollie Katzen’s Stovetop Cassoulet, too.
