Outstanding! I’m born and raised in bayou Louisiana and I have to admit how surprised I was to find this spice in northern California. We usually use Tony’s or Slap Yo Mamma, but this one doesn’t only have that Cajun flavor and heat, it has a broad base flavor to add to your food that makes up for a lot of spaces that flavor may have been missing. 10 out of 10!
