Amy Elizabeth –
My favorite curry. Disclaimer, I lived and worked in Africa and spent a lot of time in South Africa. I had an exceptional cooking class in Bo Kaap in Cape Town. This curry is true to the original. Love it! PS – Thanks Chef AJ for introducing me to the awesome Local Spicery!

This is a beautiful, powerful, flavor.
When I shred apples, just a little sprinkle, makes it taste like I’m eating a very fancy dessert! What a surprise!

This Bo Kaap Curry seasoning was one of the first spice blends I purchased not too long after the Spicery opened! It is what made me fall in love with curry dishes and many Indian Foods! Not long after I went on a Curry kick, trying many different curry blends and sauces! I got burnt out! I have to say many are too hot/spicey for my stomach!
This Blend is awesome though! Very flavorful and not too hot! LOVE IT! Time to make a trip back to The Spicery and get some more!!
