Fenugreek

Fenugreek was one of the ingredients used in early Egypt incense that emitted the holy smoke for embalming and purification ceremonies. It is now most commonly used in Thai and Indian cuisines.

Galangal

A relative of Ginger, Galangal has a strong citrus flavor with a peppery hot finish. Use in Thai soups and curries. It can also be finely chopped and pounded for use in pastes and teas.

Mustard, Black
