A twist on the classic breakfast tea, the longer Cú Chulainn steeps, the more complex it will grow. As the black teas deepen and the tannins grow sharper, so too will the spice of chicory and the sweetness of mint. No aromatic oils. This tea is comprised of young leaves, wok-fired before being hand-rolled and twisted in order to prevent oxidation. It was a favorite in colonial America, and is rumored to be the first tea ordered by George Washington after becoming President. No flavors added ~ Just pure Young Hyson Green Tea.
