Our Cumin is hand harvested, and has a high percentage of essential oils, delivering more powerful aromatics, and a slightly astringent, citrusy quality.

Madras Curry

Turmeric

Nigella (Black Cumin)

Use in curries and salads or with vegetables, legumes, and poultry. Nigella adds flavors akin to onion, black pepper and oregano with a mustard-like bitterness.
Fenugreek

Our blend pairs Mace, Galangal, Cardamom, Turmeric, and Cinnamon, supported by just the right amount of heat from de Arbol Chiles. Rub into meats or vegetables, build a traditional curry, or add to oil to create a marinade. Perfect with chicken, lamb, pork, or squash, yams, or sweet potatoes.

Quick Tips:

This cumin is great! It’s easy to grind (although you can buy it ground), fragrant and delicious! It really brightens up meat for tacos, enchiladas and more…It is mouthwatering good. It is really one of the staple spices in our home,and we will get it from Local Spicery going forward.
